Tiffany & Co., a client I am proud to work with, invited me to photograph a special, closed event in Amsterdam celebrating Elsa Peretti, the revolutionary Italian jewelry designer who joined Tiffany & Co. in 1974, transforming the brand with her organic, sculptural designs and elevating sterling silver to a luxury material. Her iconic collections remain bestsellers and a cornerstone of the Tiffany & Co. legacy.

Documenting this exclusive event required a focus on capturing authentic interactions, intricate details, and the overall elegance of the experience, all in a natural, candid style that highlights the sophistication of both the event and the guests.

Private Boat Celebration Along Amsterdam’s Canals

The event began aboard a private boat navigating Amsterdam’s canals. Between drinks, light bites, and refined conversation, I captured moments that were both spontaneous and elegant.

The gentle movement of the boat, reflections on the water, and ambient evening light provided a stunning backdrop for storytelling photography. Every candid shot aimed to convey the relaxed sophistication of the gathering while keeping the atmosphere authentic and natural.
